Juan Carlos Jimenez, MD, MBA

Dr. Juan Carlos Jimenez is a Professor of Surgery in the Division of Vascular Surgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He has practiced academic surgery at UCLA for the past 20 years. He is the Director of the Gonda (Goldschmied) Venous Center and Medical Director for UCLA Hyperbaric Medicine. His current research interests include the management of patients with advanced chronic venous insufficiency and venous ulceration. Dr. Jimenez obtained his Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2019 and serves in multiple leadership roles. In the David Geffen School of Medicine, he serves as Assistant Dean for Faculty Initiatives. He also serves as the Vice Chair of Inclusive Excellence in the Department of Surgery.
