Holly Vance, DNP, ARNP, AGACNP-BC, CWON-AP is the Program Manager for the Wound, Ostomy, Limb Preservation and Amputation Services (WOLPAS) team at Harborview Medical Center. She graduated with her BSN from Montana State University in 2008, working in MT until she moved to Seattle. She has been with Harborview since 2009, joining the WOLPAS team in 2013 after becoming wound care–certified, and later earning ostomy certification in 2017. Holly completed her DNP at the University of Washington in 2021 and became Program Manager of the WOLPAS team in 2024. She has authored and co-authored publications on pressure injuries, therapeutic surfaces, and international best practice guidelines for skin tears, and has presented regionally and nationally, including most recently at the WOCN Society’s annual conference in both 2024 and 2025.
